As interior designers that work across hospitality and commercial projects, we aspire to create bespoke and meaningful designs.

• Collaborate and liaise with design directors, branding, and stakeholders in the design of high-end hospitality and hotel projects.• Curate and create cohesive presentation packages from concept to documentation stage to meet the scope of work. • Produce and coordinate the production of detailed CAD documentation and FF&E schedules for tenders and review. • Ensure high-quality standards, aesthetics, aligned strategy direction, functionality, and ergonomics space planning.

• Project Lead on the Le Meridian hotel, building personable relationships with clients and operators. • Consult and present presentations to clients on an interior design project for hospitality and commercial projects.• Develop brief and scope of work to clearly align simultaneously with client, operators, and hotel brand guidelines.• In-depth research and concept development of site location, local market, and demographics to build the relevant design aesthetics, functionality, and ergonomic spatial planning.• Produce 2D and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, 3D-Sketch up, Lumion and Photoshop. As well as coordinate and supply all materiality and designs with external contractors on producing final high-quality renders. • Produce CAD documentation package and FF&E schedule for tender and review. Response to all RFI’s from external parties. .

Lead project designer on The Dixion Hotel by The Autograph. Responsibilities include; • Coordination of interior FF&E, functional and ergonomic spatial planning. Proficiently respond and provide relevant documentation to clients, project managers, quantity surveyor, architect and suppliers.• Produce detail technical CAD packages for review and tender. Delegate and manage team collaboration on design and drawings. Collaborate with team simultaneous on other existing projects. • All designs and FF&E schedules are produced and adhered to strict branding guidelines of the hotel group and Twenty 2 Degrees standards
