Steering Committee which included the CEO, COO, CFO, and CNO. Regularly met with stakeholders (primarily Directors and Managers) to review I.S. projects and work efforts. Coordinated Acute EHR (Epic) pre-work activities with Enterprise EHR staff to deliver future state decisions. Represented SRMC at the Regional I.S. Steering Committee. I was appointed to this interim position by our Regional CIO due to the sudden death of the incumbent. I filled this role concurrently with my Regional Data & Online Services Manager position.
