Customer Service Analyst
CurrentService Desk Analyst (Customer Service) in the Global Services Platform department of WEG Electric Equipment, with service focused on the public in North America and Latin America. • Work in collaboration with the platform development team, solving 1st and 2nd level situations; • Functional tests and analyses for platform improvements;• Creation of knowledge base documents with guidance for users of the WBS Platform (WEG Business Services Platform);• In-person participation in the rollout and implementation of the company's global project/platform in the units of the United States branch (Georgia and Minneapolis);• Extensive knowledge of the SAP system and ease of learning how to use ERP systems
