Reporting to the CEO, part of the Management Committee and responsible for all the Emotion Mobility Group financial duties as:• Monthly reports for the Board of Directors and the management committee;• Budgeting and planning: Monthly projections of revenue, costs, and cash flow;• Lead and effectively manage Administration and Finance department staff, overseeing operations, setting goals, and establishing frameworks for achievement;• Manage all accounting transactions (income, expenses, reconciliations, account adjustments, and periodic closings);• Handle accounting activities (including bank reconciliations, payables, and receivables) and tax operations (like bonuses, deductions, and grants), analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance against budgets and business plans;• Comply with financial policies and regulations, and oversee treasury (financial health reports, cash control, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and sales forecasting);• Liaise with auditors, advisors, and lawyers to ensure legal, tax, and contractual compliance, and adopt data protection regulations;• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies and resolve any related issues or inquiries;• Lead and/or Support in Bank Management, Financing, Due Diligence for M&A processes.• Leading a team of four.

• Providing expert support on all Finance and Management duties for the IT Business;• Individual Contributor.

Reporting to the CEO and being part of the Core management team, my role consists of the following:• Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO, Board Members, and senior executives in developing the company's strategic plans;• Developing and implementing a strategic IT plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and supports its growth and profitability;• Oversee and encourage team performance on all the company's financial activities: Budgeting, Financial Planning, Controlling, Reporting and Analysis, Treasury Management, Accounting, Auditing, Insurance, Risk Management, and M&A (in collaboration with the CEO), as well as the Information Technology (IT) department, ensuring its quality and effectiveness; • Ensure the attraction, retention, and development of the talent of the Finance and IT teams and ensure the appropriate structure to respond to the challenges of the business today and in the medium and long term, collaborating with the Human Resources Department in the identification of needs and the creation/implementation of action plans;• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external entities, namely external auditors, financial services and IT consulting companies, Banks, and Insurance Companies;• Guarantee the existence of a robust and up-to-date internal control structure in the company's business processes, in line with the evolution of the company's own business;• Safeguard a culture of integrity, transparency, and compliance with all relevant financial and accounting regulations and applicable laws, codes, and regulatory requirements;• Assure the protection of the company's balance sheet and the financial interests of the shareholder through proper and efficient management of equity (including dividend policy) and financing;• Leading a team of seven.

Reporting to the CEO and responsible for all the Anoto Group financial duties as:• Define, implement, and oversee best accounting practices within all relevant activities taken by Anoto, including managing external tax and accounting service providers and auditors;• Collaborate with the Management Team and Board of Directors in mapping Anoto’s financial needs to effectively meet its strategic objectives and maintain a suitable budgetary policy;• Work on a strategic roadmap and finance-led initiatives that can improve our P&L and foster revenue growth;• Leading a team of five.

• Reporting to the IBERIA CFO and acting as the finance representative of the affiliate in Portugal.

• Travelled for 10 months around Asia and Oceania;• Taking time for Personal Development: reading, listening to podcasts, studying, practicing and learning about meditation.

• Reporting to the CFO, Management Team, Board of Directors, and the CEO when requested;• Led the planning, forecasting, and budgeting process;• Developing analytics for a high-performance market in constant change;• Responsible for all Financial and Management Reporting for all consolidating subsidiaries: Oversee transactions related to accounting and budgets, analyze consolidated financial statements, and work with company management to explain financial performance, trends, and recent developments to shareholders and eventual investors;• Helping with the implementation of internal processes;• Developing and ensuring compliance with comprehensive financial policies for the company;• Review contracts and document proper revenue recognition;• Guiding on technical accounting and financial reporting issues;• Support year-end audits and internal controls testing around revenue;• Provide leadership in strengthening staff, participating in recruiting and mentoring;• Leading a team of three.

• Reporting to the Local Head of Controlling;• Responsible for the Financial Report to the Headquarter (Düsseldorf -Germany);• Review and analysis of the accounting and financials of the company; • Work closely with cross-functional business units and maintain up-to-date knowledge of business performance;• Monthly Financial and Operational Reports;• Prepare and report Annual Budget and Rolling Forecasts;• Management Report, Real Estate reporting and KPIs / Scorecard Follow-ups; • Preparing analysis information for local Management Board decision support such as Cost Control, Internal Reports and presentations, Sales analysis, Margin analysis, and Special Projects;• Leading a team of two.

• Reporting to the Holding Head of Controlling main responsibilities are Annual Budget, Monthly Report, Cost Control, KPIs and Scorecard Follow-Up, participation in several projects when needed. These responsibilities are towards the Holding;• Design, automation, and creation of various reports for Finance;• Similar responsibilities supporting group companies: Sasel (water bottling), Sumol Gestão de Marcas e Sumolis (market leader in some soft drinks production and distribution: Sumol and 7UP) and Cinalda (shared services company).

• Support in Operational and Financial Management for Restaurant Pasta Caffé in Colombo Shopping Center (Biggest Shopping in Portugal).• Day-to-day operational management and team coordination (up to sixteen people).
