IMA Partners, one of the largest Wind Energy Developers in Romania, with a successful strategy for achieving Technical Permits to Connect (TPC, Romanian ATR) in the Grid. The company, together with its investors, developed around 1.000MW of Projects across several Regions of Romania.

Hired to bring experience to the company dealing with Wind Turbines and Wind Farms construction issues. The main task was the Development of projects in Romania, with an active role on the decision making of several Projects.In August 2007, I was offered the Job of Country Manager for Martifer Renewables Romania, with the principal mission to develop Wind Farms and to pursuit the company’s objective - Construction 400-500MW until 2012.

In WinWinD, a Finnish Wind Turbine manufacture (www.winwind.fi or www.winwind.in), I held the responsibility of Project Manager for developing projects and Project Coordinator for under-construction projects. These responsibilities included, planning the construction of the Wind Parks, elaboration of the proposals for clients, analysis and negotiations with sub-suppliers in diverse areas, such as; Electrical Supply, Construction Works, Steel Supplies (Towers), Insurances and others.At WinWinD, I also held the responsibility of organizing the logistics for the construction of the Wind Farms, including the transport, stocking and assembly of major components (Tower, Hubs, Nacelles,etc.), for the final assembly of each turbine.During the process of Construction and Assembly of the Wind Parks, I had the task of monitoring and survey civil works progress, including fulfillment of schedule and costs. I was also nominated the person assigned for the Costs/Responsibility analysis in case of breaching of contracts from the suppliers side. During the Tower manufacture process, held in Portugal (A Silva Matos, Mecanidráulica, CVA, etc), I was responsible for the Quality inspection, insuring the correct dimensions, tolerances, materials, costs and schedule. Member of the final acceptance comity for all towers used in WinWinD’s Wind Parks built in Portugal.On the Wind Turbines erection and commissioning phase, I was responsible, together with the Site manager from Finland, to coordinate all operations. These tasks would also include crane coordination, cargo positioning on site, material control upon reception (Reception Control Procedure), etc.

In IQS used to hold the responsibility of Quality Manager where executed all duties in the quality area, including analysis and maintenance of the quality management system, according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.Along with the Quality Manager, early I have assumed duties on the Project Management area, including several tasks in the technical area, such as Contract Reporting, Financial Reports, Planning Analysis and others.
