Telcabo was my first job, I had the opportunity to start operations such as Telecel and TMN in 1992, I participated in several projects outside Portugal over a long period that made me grow as a professional, in 1994 I was at the beginning of Telsin operations in Turkey where we implemented the first 1500 sites, it was a great challenge taking into account the precarious conditions that the country had and the low-skilled workforce that we had to train, another big project outside Portugal was in 1997 in Romania for CONEX where We also created the first 1000 websites, here too with the same level of problems of low-skilled labor, but with effort and dedication we managed to form and make the project a success. Finally, in 1998, I participated in the first major swap in Portugal with the Americans from Lucent. It was a tremendous challenge that gave me the necessary experience to join CBE as head of the entire Implementation and radio department.
