I'm currently working as CEO at PROGROUPHaving started as a Tax and Financial adviser, and being responsible for the accountancy of my clients, made me a highly organized person, and developed my analytical skills.Then I expanded my knowledges working as a Financial and Commercial manager in sports goods and clothing company. That allowed me to improve my commercial skills, international negotiation, people management and multidisciplinary working.The third stage of my career started when I accepted the challenge of working for a commercial Bank. That experience was fully successful and helped me to continuous develop my key strengths, as strong communication skills, risk management experience, credit analysis, team management, and commercial management.Then I have embraced a new challenge at an Automotive Company in Angola, having to manage the Business Support Area for five companies. That helped to improve my people management skills in different cultural environment, as I worked directly with every department of the group and reported to the Board. After that experience I worked as a Executive Committee Member at SABSEG AO, an Insurance and Re-insurance Broker.Currently I'm working as CEO of PROGROUP the holding of the group with several activities, providing services to several clients, from cleaning, security, energies, real estate, electronic security, training among others. Leading group in different sectors with more than 6.000 employees and fast growing in challenging economic environment.
