Daily duties in the front desk: Managing reservations through telephone, face-to-face, letter, e-mail, or fax; Inspecting guests in & out of the hotel, assigning rooms & handing over the keys; Organizing bills & receiving payments; Receiving and sending messages to visitors; Provide information; Handling special needs from guests; Responding questions regarding services provided in the hotel & the nearby area; Deal with problems or complaints.
Daily duties Night Auditor: Balance all daily reports for the Hotel; Post and balance charges in a timely and efficient manner; Prepare restaurant audits to breakdown and balance restaurant figures; Runs various reports - hand written and computer; Operates computer equipment and reservations system
