I’m an Industrial Engineer of 5 years’ experience. My main drive is to bridge the gap between the reality of the industrial world and new approaches regarding to technology – having been able to do this in the fields of planning and analytics. Having started my work experience at a standard bearer company for Industry 4.0, my main goal was to complement my previous knowledge with the challenges of day-to-day implementation of such solutions. With this experience, I wish to continue guiding my career towards innovations with appreciable results in the shopfloor.Currently, my tasks relate to Product Management in the Planning & Scheduling and the Analytics modules. This typically involves accompanying each new functionality from its inception as placed by the customer to the challenges in and post customer implementation – joining different moving parts to achieve the intended goal and weighing the requirements of different stakeholders.Besides the more typical tasks, I’m typically involved in cross-company support for the modules in question – this has led me to have experiences in many different customer-facing teams, such as during Sales Processes, Product Implementation, and Customer Support. As for my goals, curiosity and novelty have a big pull. I enjoy learning by exploration and having room to figure out processes by myself, while having the opportunity to connect with different teams.
