Our team of Program Managers and Software Engineers is responsible for:• Servicing Windows Kernel and Hyper-V components delivering security and reliability for 1B+ devices and millions of servers every Patch Tuesday• Publishing secured and optimized Windows images to Microsoft Azure Marketplace and Container Registry ensuring customers are protected and have best out-of-the box experience• Keeping Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure secure by driving safe deployment rollout of monthly updates to millions of servers powering multiple services across Azure, Office, Dynamics and Bing• Developing new technologies for upcoming new Azure services• Improving Performance and Reliability of Windows on Azure• Cross Organization initiatives and new investments

Led key strategic programs to accelerate partner business through Commercial Marketplace and Co-sell program. • Develop Commercial Marketplace (Azure Marketplace, Appsource) business strategy, growth opportunities, defining business requirements, performance management• Accelerate Partner and Solutions onboarding including establishing Category Management, governing Onboarding and Certification, creation of Go-To-Market program for all marketplace participants• Accelerate Partner Co-Selling through Marketplace execution, defining requirements for new tools and support business programs• Represent Marketplace and Co-Sell in strategic senior executive forums and business performance reviews

Leader of DX Field Strategy and Operations team with a mission operationalize DX strategy across 14 Areas teams with 1000+ person by offering strategic and operational direction with intercultural and field know-how. Key Responsibilities: • Operated as DX Worldwide Leader driving DX strategy to grow engagement across Technical communities, drive Developer Tools Sales ($1.5B) and drive adoption of Azure in ISV ecosystem• Run Field Operations including all Planning, Target Setting, Performance Management and Rhythm of the Business activities• Build a high-quality global evangelism organization through Organizational Layout Design (Blueprint), Role Excellence, Compensation strategy, Readiness Programs, Role Community Leadership and Talent recruitment • Led DX field reorganization execution across major Microsoft field restructure.

Member of Field Strategy and Operations team, leading key strategic workstreams to accelerate and support DX subsidiaries for successful execution (1000+ person organization). DX key business was acquisition and success of apps across Phone, Tablet, PC and Cloud as well as growing the ecosystem of developers and IT Professionals. Key responsibilities included: • Defined Corporate alignment between DX and other Field Corporate Teams, such as Enterprise Partner Group (EPG) and Small Medium Sales and Partners (SMS&P)• Member of the core team that designed renewed Microsoft ISV strategy, landing and growing ISV execution across all subsidiaries• Design DX Field strategy, investments and resource allocation to DX subsidiaries across 14 areas and 50+ subsidiaries. This included DX Field Organizational Layout, Headcount, Role Excellence and Compensation models• Performance management by designing field scorecard, creating insights and recommendations through strategic analysis and benchmarking

• Led subsidiary Partner and Technical Evangelists across 12 WE subsidiaries. Drive the transformation of Evangelism to scale by integrating evangelism activities into audience marketing, engaging developer communities, developing technical competencies, and coaching evangelism teams• Led and orchestrated investments, resources and activities across Marketing, Evangelism and Business Development disciplines to onboard developers and partners to build Windows and Windows Phone apps• Created a culture of Apps Excellence by developing processes and tools, running technical programs, driving a discipline of quality execution• Awarded “Circle of Excellence Award” in 2013

Working on Developer & Platform Group has been supporting partners and customers adopting Microsoft .NET platform on innovative projects and solutions. Worked with ISVs to adopt new wave of Microsoft technologies, and working with Web Companies (partners & customers) adopting new UX Microsoft Technologies.
