One thing that summarises me is the pursuit of knowledge across multiple and diverse domains.The diverse experiences in tourism, language teaching, and customer support instilled in me a robust sense of responsibility, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure, however, the transition to web development was the pivotal moment in my career.While I was building brand awareness for my language teaching project, I discovered a new passion and set a new objective: web development.To help with this transition, I sought a flexible work arrangement which helped to balance time, responsibilities and learning a new expertise, which I've found in customer support.After one year of stoic discipline learning the intricacies of web development, I started my career as a front end developer in Algardata, where I am, to this day, delivering quality web applications for businesses.I can pinpoint the following skills as the most relevant to my career: Soft skills 🤜✨🤛 - Interpersonal Skills (building meaningful relationships with teams and clients @ all work experiences) 🧑‍💼👞 - Empathy (understanding clients' perspectives @ customer support / Lixworks), 📝💬 - Persuasion (B2B contract negotiation @ travel agency / On Travel Solutions), Hard skills ✈️ - Management (operational management of groups of 300 to 500 tourists per week @ travel agency / On Travel Solutions), 🎓 - Assessment, Research, and Adaptability (teaching a new language (portuguese) @ Teacher / Portuguese Language Corner) 📞 - Analytical and Communication Skills (developed through customer support service @ customer support / Lixworks), 👨‍💻 - Web Development (creating applications for large and smaller clients using HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, React, Next.js @ IT company / Algardata),Now, with a small parenthesis for hobbies and general interests, I find the most pleasure in playing music, chess, gardening, reading (or listening to) literature and cooking.
