With a huge challenge in a ramp up from a very big client, I've joined Concentrix's TA team to kick off not only that new project but also the company's direct recruitment model in Portugal. A tremendous experience in a multinational company, with a very strong structure, but also with incredible pace and a very demanding environment. A huge challenge, not only because of the size of the many projects involved, but also to overcome difficulties inherent to ramp ups. My first main experience, starting first as an intern, already gaining main responsibilities regarding the recruitment in the North of Portugal, being the to go guy responsible for the recruitment of the clients in that part of the country – with that challenge conquered, consequently came the contracting with the company.
