Including the organic conversion of centurial olive trees and 7 hectares of annual sow for horse fodder.- Best Practice environmental balancing procedures in farming, to level with international standards focused on sustainability. One example is replacing synthetic herbicides in the olive plantation by sowing annual forages with clover that, besides controlling weeds, contributes to increase soil nutrition, via nitrogen retainment, also minimizing evaporation resulting in an optimized water management;- Facilities, machinery and resources maintenance, implementing procedures in accordance with Organic Production Method (MPB) certification.- Planning to implement a sheep park, to promote circular economy in compost for soil enrichment with organic matter.

Implemented the ongoing operation into Greenyard, being nowadays the leader distributor of one of the top seller organic references in Portuguese retailers.
