  Develop the necessary and adequate cleaning and safety/security activities related with the Centre´s current management, aiming the assurance of the right and permanent conditions of safety and comfort for the clients, tenants, workers, and visitors in general. Control the building safety / security conditionsControlling the cleaning and security operations in the field Manage and control the tenants fit out works and ensuring the applicable requirements.Deal with clients, tenants, and service supplier’s daily issues.To manage our insurance company relation regarding clients’ complaints.Monthly control of the technical budget (safety, security, cleaning areas).Plan and assure the CascaiShopping drills twice a year with the participation of the local entities as Firefighters, Police and Local Authority for Civil Protection.Manage the Emergency Plan and Safety Preventive observation at the shops.Controlling Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) procedures.Produce the accidents Investigation reports concerning the SHE occurrences of higher level.Prepare and assure the SHE audits (internal, certifications) and the data reporting ones.Prepare the SHE training regarding tenants and service suppliers.Present investment proposals (Safety and Cleaning areas) in order to satisfy the customers’ requirements and assure all the legal standardsControlling the Recycling rate, to achieve the Environmental performance goals.
