• Team Leader and Project Coordinator – Leading multidisciplinary teams of Engineers and CAD Technicians; Managing several jobs simultaneously, including:- Lead Engineer for the Temporary Works at Battersea Power Station (Phase 3A);- Lead Engineer for the Demolition of Bridge 3 in Battersea Power Station;- Lead Engineer for the Temporary and Geotechnical Works at Mount Pleasant;• Design and Development of structural schemes for temporary works – Structural and Geotechnical;• Analysis of structures using advanced techniques and software, including FEM analysis;• Mentor of young engineers, guiding their work and helping them to improve as Engineers;• Cat 3 Check of designs by external consultants;• Development of Commercial Improvement Plan, envisaging cost control and building relationship with clients.
