With a strong passion for fine dining and hospitality, I am pursuing a career in the food and beverage industry with the aspiration of one day leading teams as a service manager and, ultimately, overseeing operations as an F&B department manager. Currently, I am deepening my knowledge and skills through a comprehensive F&B management and service program, which includes an intensive, hands-on curriculum and internships totalling 580 hours. This journey enables me to apply what I learn daily in real-world contexts, with a focus on fine dining, enology, and wine gastronomy.
