Throughout the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to hone my skills in assisting people of all walks of life. Customer service has always been an important part of any profession that I've undertaken and my ability to understand and empathise with customers and clients is something I pride myself on. I have ample experience working with customers, both face-to-face, as in my time as Chief Bartender in a busy Lisbon bar, and online, as in my current position as a Community Lead at Avatar.One . Whether working alone or as part of a team, in person or remotely, I offer my full attention to the task at hand. Nature and Ecology are a personal passion of mine, having spent much time working in natural settings, both in Portugal as well as France, I was Inspired to further pursue my studies and enrolled on an Agronomy degree in the University of Algarve.
