Work alongside with the Maintenance and Engineering Managers regarding planning operations (maintenance and legal activitities), new vehicles specification, manufacturing supervision and quality control. Main tasks & responsibilities:- Management of the planning operations regarding preventive maintenance, conditioned maintenance, and legal inspections for 750 buses; - Vehicle’s tender specification and proposals evaluation;- Management of vehicles maintenance and infra-structure contracts;- Vehicles and infra-structure OPEX and CAPEX budgeting;- Single point-of-contact for the GNL/GNC fueling station regarding maintenance activities, legal inspections, external/internal audits and fueling operations;- Supervision of chassis and bodywork construction and quality control;- Provide technical support to the operational teams regarding lubricants, maintenance and planning activities;- Monitoring warranty claims to ensure that they are handled properly;- Coordinating with outside vendors to repair or replace defective products;- Resolving disputes with manufacturers regarding product defects or malfunctions;- SAP-PM module management (CMMS software).

Main tasks & responsibilities:- Prepare, review and/or approve the qualification protocols (IQ / OQ / PQ) for and after execution, in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements, using a risk-based approach;- Participate in investigating deviations, performing FMEA and RCFA analyzes and implementing actionscorrective and preventive actions (CAPA);- Represent the Quality area in internal and external audits, regarding equipment qualification;- Support continuous improvement focused on quality and in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements;

Work alongside with the Maintenance Manager in order to guarantee the infra-structure availability for fueling and maintenance operations of 600 buses located in 3 depots. Main tasks & responsibilities:- Manage the teams responsible for the daily activities of the first level of preventive maintenance: refuel, engine oil, adblue and coolant verification;- Manage and provide technical support to the teams responsible for preventive maintenance planning and data on SAP-PM module;- Maintenance management of in-site equipment (air compressors, lifting equipment, diesel and CNG filling stations, inspection lines, washing machines);- Consumables stock management: oils, fuel, adblue, coolant liquid.

Technical support to Maintenance Department and design preventive maintenance procedures in order to increase vehicles reliability and reduce costs with curative maintenance. Main tasks & responsibilities:- Improvement vehicles reliability through reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause failures analysis (RCFA) methodologies. These activies included data analysis from CMMS SAP-PM, statistical analysis and costbenefits studies in order to adjust preventive maintenance tasks or define new predictive procedures for failure control;- Design of preventive maintenance programs for the bus fleet;- Technical support to operational teams and contact establishment with bus manufacturers (MAN, Evobus, Volvo and Iveco), automatic transmission manufacturers (ZF and Voith) and Portuguese body-builders (Caetanobus and Irmãos Mota);- Vehicle’s tender specification and proposal analysis;- SAP-PM module management (CMMS software);- Warranties management;

Main tasks & responsibilities:- Calibration of measurement devices installed on the facilities and equipments, such as pressure switches, pressure transmitters and transducers, temperature and humidity probes, thermometers, air velocity probes and manometers;- Equipment’s commissioning through design and execution of Installation / Operation / Performance Qualification protocols to pharmaceutical equipment’s such as autoclaves, laminar flow hoods, depyrogenation tunnels, tanks, filling and packaging machines;- Execution of environmental qualification protocols such as particle counts, air velocity and leak tests on HEPA filters, pressure differentials within clean areas.- Initial qualification of Cephalosporin’s new plant – Hilkma 2.
