My journey spans a wealth of experience, during which I’ve championed the growth and sustainability of charitable organizations, ensuring they not only meet but exceed their goals.Over the years, my commitment has been clear: to elevate not-for-profits by providing them with the strategic financial guidance they need to thrive. I hold FCPA credentials and specialise in the unique financial needs of the not-for-profit world, from comprehensive financial reporting and system integration to revenue recognition and risk management. My approach is always strategic, focusing on long-term success and sustainability for the organisations I support. In my leadership role at Giuntabell, I am dedicated to fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and growth. I lead by example, always prioritising open communication and a deep human connection with those I work alongside. In addition to the role I hold at Giuntabell, I also serve as Chair of the CPA Queensland Not-for-Profit Committee and contribute to national discussions on not-for-profit standards through my roles with the Australian Tax Office’s Not-for-Profit Stewardship Group and the Australian Accounting Standards Board Not-for-Profit Advisory Panel. In recognition of my performance and leadership, it was an honour to be named in the top ten international finance pioneers by the 2020 Sage Finance Futurist award and receiving the Not-for-Profit Accountant of the Year award at the 2021 Accountants Daily Australian Accounting Awards.
