Work with full function of accounting dept at company.

- Collect and check regular vouchers before recording accounting entry of liabilities and receivables.- Store vouchers, invoices,…bases on the timing of the recognition of transactions, numerical order,..and possibly reserve as regulations of company.- Check, follow and record deductions of receivables such as sales rebates, sales returns, discounts.- Monthly, compare with sale department, other accountants about debit and credit of distributors and supermarkets.- Check, compare and provide information for other department in process of solving salary, bonus for staffs or discount for customers.- Make report about status of receivables monthly required by chief accountant.-Propose solutions to recover receivables effectively.-Actively remind customers about paying debts- Make sure closing adjustment entries completely and accurately - Make sure risk correlating sell-out, payables recorded timely and proposing solutions to improve internal control system.- Cooperating with Auditing company quarterly, yearly.- Cooperating with other departments to provide accounting documents and informations required.

- Check the validity of invoces, documents before in or out of warehouse.- Record merchandise, materials in/out of storage accurately and possibly.- Cooperate with accountant of liabilities and receivables to compare generated figures monthly.- Make warehousing entries, delivery slips, invoices and possibly reserve as regulations of company.- Make inventory report monthly.- Control quantity input/ output .- Frequently compare data input/output with storekeeper and accountant.- Directly inventory with giver, receiver and storekeeper periodically or suddenly.- Make inventory report and offer the method to solve if there are differences between real and book value.

- Check documents, figures which concern to pay schedule, targets, performance to make payroll and KPIs ( Key Performance Indicator ) for salesman, ASM (Area Sales Manager), RSM (Regional Sales Manager ).- Make payroll bases on staffs’s salary data, payday which are provided by human resources department; actual income target for salesman given by business development department. Contemporaneously, take figures from DMS software to calculate salary and bonus.- Monthly, Base on policy of Board of Directors to build reasonable payroll and forms.- Pay attention to reasonal workers, probationary staffs to get right calculation, deduction.- Build payday with norms : type of salary, the way to calculate working hours, the day starts and ends payday.- Make deduction in salary with individual income tax, compulsory insurance such as social insurance, health insurance,..adequately and accurately.- Make report about labourer, job turnover, salary,unemployment insurance, health insurance,..which is accountant’s responsibility.
