- Conduct QC analysis on raw materials, packaging, in-process materials, and final products to ensure they are within the set quality control parameters. - Assist in document controller matters related to quality system policies such as SOP, SDS, COA, product specification, packaging artwork, and work instructions.- Responsible for troubleshooting laboratory equipment, apparatus, and troubleshoots, calibration, and purchasing. (UV, Autotitrator, Manual Titration, pH meter)

During my internship at KLK Oleo, I was assigned to the Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) and Sustainability department. In PSRA and Sustainability department, my assigned roles and responsibilities are● Product safety information – which involves collecting and updating information on product SDS- Review and update formulations in the SDS-generating software - ChemGes- Collecting of formulation from Quality teams from different sites● Product compliance – doing research on cosmetic and personal care, and food regulations- Compilation of International Regulations (Cosmetic and Food Regulations)● Veeva project support - support the department to prepare the documents and preparations to store in the new system called Veeva.● Sustainability - being a support in sustainability department to do grievance management for allegation form to be send to supplier.● Laboratory Skills during studies in university (HPLC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and XRD)
