- Main role is identifying revenue-generating opportunities for the company mainly potential land and potential investment opportunities, as well as managing key client relationships, in line with the companys' overarching Mission and VisionResponsibilities include:1) Strategic Planning, - Identify and developed long-term strategic goals that meets the company's vision and mission as well as capabilities - Planning and prepare presentations and proposals for project pitching - Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings2) Financial/Business Planning and Budgeting, - Analyze the progress of revenue-generation goals and make recommendations for adjustments/interventions as required - Identify opportunities to bid for and acquire new projects - Research and recommend grant and funding opportunities - To participate in proposal preparation as needed3) Sales & Marketing Strategies, - identify opportunities for sales and marketing strategies - ensure the marketing strategies are in line with company's corporate aim4) Client Relationship Management - Actively manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients, bankers, funders, JV partners - work very closely with Local Authorities such as Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan/ DBKL/ JKPTG/ PTG/ UKAS and other key government agencies for business opportunities and approvals - work closely with partners, consultants and staff as needed 5) Project Management - Overseeing current on-going projects and work very closely with Project and Technical TeamTrack Record:Manage to bring in projects with total GDV of RM500 million.
