- Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously in a competent and professional manner - Maintains customer records by updating account information - Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Any other duties assigned by the team leader

- Handle and manage the full spectrum of HR and Admin operations.- Responsible for manpower forecast, develop and execute recruitment plans according to business operations and sales projections. Review recruitment plans and activities from time to time to achieve recruitment targets for all positions.- Welcome and orientate new employees on the company vision, missions, latest company policies, and Standard of Procedures (SOP).- Maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.- Prepare all documents pertaining to human resource management.- Maintain and update employees’ personal files from time to time.
