- Post and process merch (purchase order) invoices from trade partner through SAP system. - Process sundry (non-PO) invoices and ensure coded to correct GL and Cost Centre through Eflow – Optical Character Recognition (OCR) system for New Zealand vendors (100+ counts). - Request monthly vendor statement and prepare the account reconciliation. - Provide open line items for vendor’s record. - Actively update the vendor for any outstanding balance then arrange for the payment. - Respond to vendor queries (within 48 hours). - Respond to higher and top management’s questions in regard of vendor account by providing summary of the account status. - Clearing monthly GR/IR report of allocated vendors to maintain the acceptable figure.
