Updating currency rates of different countries and also finding out the discrepancies with other exchange houses daily. Dealing with remittances from UAE to all over the world. Dealing with corporate clients for business transaction and purchasing foreign currencies. Monitoring Staff updating daily. Ensuring compliance of AML policies and procedures to avoid illegal transactions.

Customer complaint resolution over phone. 120 Call back, keep abreast with the latest information of the products, policies and re and familiarity with useful tools. Update customer with resolution feedback. Follow up customer complain with the relevant department. Daily reporting on the customer complaint issues and prepare daily work report.
