- Understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of prospective candidates- Using databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy- Meeting and interviewing with the shortlisted candidates- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question- Well communicate with our Clients and Candidates- Building and Maintaining good relationship with both Clients and Candidates- Make reports to our Clients about the candidates

- Help recruitment project for new student - Testing and evaluating some psychological test such as DISC, RMIB, IST. - Scoring some psychological test (RMIB, IST, TKD, DISC)

- Handle administration psychological tests- Scoring psychological tests (Kraeplin, Pauli, TKD, CFIT, Papikostick, PTP, EPPS)- Screening CV

- Responsible for student (child prisoners) counseling schedule - Provides direct support service to individual students, small groups, and classrooms.- Completes assessments, referrals, and counseling with students (child prisoners)
