This dedication reflects my commitment to continually improving my skills and contributing effectively to our marketing efforts.I began my career as an HR Intern at Shopper360 Group, where I played a key role in recruiting retail candidates and managing administrative tasks within the HR department. My responsibilities included recruiting for various retail locations such as hypermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and gasoline station marts, as well as handling contract management and other administrative functions. Over six months, I contributed significantly to the company’s day-to-day activities and project support.I then advanced to the role of HR Assistant (Compensation & Benefits), where I managed aspects related to compensation, including insurance renewal, outpatient coverage, and SOCSO (Social Security Organization). By October 2021, I transitioned into overseeing contract administration for new hires and contract renewals across all projects, including managing contract deadlines, performance incentives, and BIP (Project renewal) verifications. This role involved collaborating with operations admin teams and upper management to ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures and overseeing personnel movements for all seven subsidiaries under Shopper360’s umbrella.I bring a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on experience, and a commitment to excellence to every aspect of my work, striving to contribute positively to Stagetec Asia’s success and to the satisfaction of our clients.
