Job description :1. Leading the quality control department and monitoring the performance of quality control operators.2. Responsible for ensuring the output from each production process and final output of furniture meets the defined quality standard and specification defined in technical drawing.3. Create a QC checklist for all items for each stage of production4. Carry out quality assurance to ensure the fulfillment of quality parameters starting from raw materials, production processes and products until they are received by customers.5. Wood preparation and selection : type of wood, grain direction, color tone, plank size, MC6. Assembly : Dimension, shape7. Finishing : smoothness and uniformity of texture, color etc8. Ensure proper processes are applied during the construction process, incl. tools and supplies used.9. Take action to prevent the occurrence of products that do not comply with quality standards.10. Monitoring packaging test (ISTA).

1. Responsible for the product quality inspection of peripheral factories, ensure that each product meets the quality standards, timely communicate and contact the quality abnormalities and problems, and ensure that the product failure rate meets the company's customer quality standards.2. Responsible for inspection of the furniture to ensure that the product quality meets various inspection standards- inspections will take place at factories , suppliers, and installation sites as directed.3. Quality assurance all of products shipped from factories and suppliers.4. Timely tracking of product progress and quality issues.5. Assist the supervisor/leader in handling complaints about product quality defects6. Regular communication with the factory departments about product quality issues.7. Travelling to sites, when necessary based on projects location.8. Responsible for working with and assisting the design team to insure proper execution and installation of all products according to confirmed drawings and design plan.9. The responsibilities are conduct surveys on land sites and properties, research and design methods for survey processes, examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy, supervise and report on survey results. Communicate with suppliers and installation teams as needed.10. Taking measurements of distances and angles on site / location.11. Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.12. Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD.13. Collaborating and working with project managers, construction crews, and government agencies (when necessary).

Monitor product inspections to ensure conformance to company specifications (laminations, drill dimensions, joints)6. Adjustment of assembly to ensure assembly reflects quality standards7. Perform assembly test according to SOP (vertical test, drawer test, door strength test)8. Communicating inspection results and submit suggestions for improvement9. Write reports to document product deficiencies and errors
