Starting this boundless career field of hospitality with an educational background of both Engineering (Bachelor’s) and Swiss Hotel Management ( Master’s) degrees, I have added on over 15 years of medium and senior level management experience in multicultural companies, including a Management Trainee program, hotel pre-openings, and international exposure in 3 continents. The extensive work experience led me with stronger skills in business awareness, conflict resolution, and inter-personal relations. My financial strength have made me to handle several projects successfully such as banquet events cost analysis, the template of which was named as a “must-consult” tool by the executive committee before accepting large scale events. On the other hand, my strength at coaching and mentoring, which I believe is a valuable quality of a successful business leader, resulted in developing several team members to desire excellence and in encouraging many others to achieve their full potential.Having taken genuine and generous hospitality as the driving force throughout my working life, I keep growing and improving. The determination and passion in me for my long-term career goals are mainly assisted by the traits of adaptability, motivation and collaboration. My vision is to continue working toward inspiring as a role model with strong qualities; to build effective and efficient teams; and to establish flourishing venues that offer ingenious and refined experiences.
