Being responsible for all supply chain functions including order management, demand and supply planning in the organizationBeing responsible of safety stock levels of goods and managing demand planBooking purchase orders and planning of monthly import processes considering monthly sales targets; carrying on customs transactions together with accounting and customs responsibleBooking of orders of the export customer and weekly planning of export operations together with accounting and customs responsibleFollowing and managing of orders, working closely with warehouse team for deliveriesTracking of availability of customers orders regularly, taking necessary actions on timeAnswering any questions coming from dealers and sales team, resolving daily issues with warehouse and customsPreparing weekly or adhoc reports regarding sales and Orders On Hand figuresAssisting the global or regional team in any supply chain related requests & reportsRecommending and implementing process changes in operations or in SAP to improve the company's performance in any supply chain related operations

Following customer orders in SAP and confirming on appropriate dates Working closely with S&OP and production team to meet market demands and customer requests Managing the material planning processes according to the determined policy Leading planning team Planning and establishing production plan according to customer demands, inventories and capacity and reporting in daily and weekly basis Controlling and managing stock level of semi-finished goods and safety stocks for production units in SAP Managing optimum stock level and obsolete stock for raw material and making ABC analysisBeing a part of the manufacturing excellence lean deployment project and 6 sigma projectsCoordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projectsRepresenting the company at domestic or abroad meetings

Confirming customer orders on appropriate dates Controlling and managing stock levels and safety stocks of semi-finished goods in SAPCreating work orders, and issuing technical drawings with correct versionResponsible of material planning for raw materialMaking weekly work plans according to customer prioritiesPresenting weekly planning meeting Preparing reports on weekly and monthly basisRepresenting the company at domestic or abroad meetings
