As an Admin Content FAQ at by.U, a leading digital telco provider in Indonesia, I manage the content and quality of the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section on the company's website and app. I ensure that the FAQ content is accurate, relevant, and user-friendly, and that it reflects the company's brand voice and values. I also collaborate with the customer service team and the product development team to update the FAQ content based on the feedback and needs of the users and the company.I have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication from Telkom University, where I learned the fundamentals of business and corporate communications, social media marketing, and content creation. I have also developed my communication skills through my previous experiences as a KOL Specialist at Bless Management. I have successfully managed and supported multiple key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in creating and promoting engaging and authentic content for various social media platforms and campaigns. I am passionate about learning new things and improving my knowledge, skills, and personality. I am always eager to accept challenges and seek opportunities to develop new skills.
