• Continuous coordination and alignment of HSE performance periodic reporting from Project Directorates, in relation to the HSE KPI format, data finesse and timely submission.• Prepares periodic reports sequentially from the data and information furnished by Directorate HSSE Management Team• Provide support in performing analysis towards the project’s incident and accident trending.• Coordinate and organize the RAPID’s Site HSSE Steering Committee Meeting on monthly basis• Key administrative support to Incident Management team, HSE Central Directorate, which include but not limited to; - RAPID incident register custodian - Incident trending analysis - Monthly presentation materials - Incident report closure tracking• Organizing member for RAPID key HSE programs & campaigns; - Energy Isolation Workshop - Confined Space Workshop - Safe Lifting Operation Workshop - Working at Height Campaign- MESTIFitforHealth Campaign

• Continuous enhancement and alignment of HSSE performance reporting approach site wide, in relation to the format, data finesse and timely submission• Prepares periodic reports sequentially from the data and information furnished by Directorate HSSE Management Team• Provide support in performing analysis towards the project’s incident and accident trending• Own the custodianship of the PMC HSSE Performance Database and interface point to the Client (PRPC)• Coordinate and organize the RAPID’s Site HSSE Steering Committee Meeting on monthly basis• Continuous administrative assistance for HSE Central Directorate first line management team
