Develop the organization policy, worker welfare, and business excellency plan.Responsible for developing new processes and designing new process plants and equipment or modifying existing ones.Develop and test new processes and business excellency.Data Analysis and interpretation of data required to make improvements and modifications.Develop and report the organization & department objectives and set the KPI for performance measurement.Develop Legal compliance register, OSH risk register, and EIA register.Monitor the legal, legislative, regulatory, statutory, and contractual HSE requirements.Develop HSE MS compliance to ADPHC/OSHAD, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.Plan and conduct internal/external audits. On-time closeout of NCR. Follow up of Corrective and Preventive Action.Conduct TNA, develop a training plan and training matrix, and monitor its training effectiveness.Conduct incident investigation and report preparation.Develop & implement safety programs e.g. campaigns, workshops, and team-building events.Ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with Environment, health, and safety legislation.

Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure delivery of project outcomes within budget and timelines.Identify and allocating adequate resources, including appropriately skilled staff, equipment, contractors etc. for the efficient delivery of project outcomes.Ensure the required level of liaison and consultation takes place, as required, with internal and external clients, government agencies and consultants.Responsible for the efficient management of all project documentation including contracts, plans, procedures, financial documents and all other project related documents.Transfer business needs into achievable deliverables.Responsible for regular reporting to Senior Management of project progress, including performance within budgeted requirements and agreed timelines.Ensure all safety standards are complied with throughout the project, by PTP staff, contractors and other appropriate stakeholders, as identified through the life of the project.Responsible for ongoing review of project requirements and the timely identification of risk that may result in increased costs or delayed delivery of outcomes.Identify appropriate risk management strategies for minimizing risk to the business.Ensure projects activities and outcomes comply with all required Legal and statutory requirements.

Support the BPM in improving process efficiency, and assist with the establishment of business process improvement mindsets, across and between, all of the functional areas within the terminal.Team lead for designated projects assigned by the BPM to facilitate the data collection/analysis required for such projects.Assist the BPM during training of terminal resources ensuring that employees drive continual improvement in their work places.

Provide administrative support to the BPM and the SE within PEX such as filing; acts as the custodian and guardian of all master copies of the project’s products and assist the Project Team Lead in project management activities.
