Cognitive Behavioural Therapy◦ Core beliefs, underlying rules and assumptions, and negative automatic thoughts are worked on.◦ Sessions are held on correcting errors of misinterpretation of the information that the client has, changing the assumptions that lead to dysfunctional emotions and behaviors.◦ The avoidance patterns of the client are detected.◦ Training and awareness are provided to ensure the continuous use of CBT skills, thus enabling the client to discover alternative thinking styles different from the ones they are used to.◦ CBT is used in the treatment of psychopathological diseases such as OCD, depression, anxiety disorders and phobias, eating disorders, PTSD, sleep disorders, and bipolar disorder.◦ Online counselling and therapy processes are continued with adult individuals.Schema Therapy◦ It is aimed to determine the unmet needs underlying the psychological problems experienced by the counselee and the schemas representing these needs and to develop coping methods against these problems.◦ It is ensured that the individual learns the methods used to cope with maladaptive schemas and can use them by themselves at the end of the sessions.◦ Schema therapy is used in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, problems arising from childhood traumas, substance use, eating disorders, and problems in bilateral relations.◦ Online counselling and therapy processes are continued with adult individuals.
