In my role supporting Global Advanced Surgery, I- Analyzed the accuracy of various models within our Daily Sales Report, working with over 600 reports to inform my analysis, and using statistical testing to determine differences between models. - Created an accuracy guide to our Daily Sales Report that informs executives on the most accurate model of monthly sales every day.- Presented my findings to the President of Global Advanced Surgery.- Analyzed predicted net wins and losses for one of our key products in the US.- Compared sales rep activities to quarterly wins in dollars to inform sales rep best practices. - Created mini P&Ls for each of our products within Advanced Surgery to analyze margins of each project and allocate costs effectively.

Spearheaded supply chain alignment in the fashion industry to pool demand and production of sustainable fibers and lower the cost of sustainable fashion. Conducted industry-wide research to assess the demand for sustainability across major players in fashion, including regulatory factors, internal sustainability targets and trends in sustainable material usage/ Developed a user-friendly website and kickstarted our social media presence to engage suppliers, brands and consumers while driving brand awareness.
