Registered Behavior Technician
Current- Follow and implement individualized behavioral health plans developed by a BCBA.- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction through structured interventions.- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress to inform treatment.- Provide guidance and support to families by answering questions and sharing findings.- Participate in family counseling and training sessions to foster communication and skill development.- Collaborate with BCBAs and other care providers to ensure comprehensive care.- Support children with day-to-day tasks and social skill development.- Document and report on behavioral interventions and their outcomes.
