More than 15 years of experience in instructional design and software analyses and project management fields. Currently; I'm working on the PARDUS project which is a Debian-based operating system distribution and the most important open source project in Turkey. As the analyst and project manager, I prepare the detailed technical specifications of the works procured from the subcontractors and follow up procurement processes, and if necessary, establish an information bridge between the subcontractor, Pardus users, and development teams. I'm working with different issue tracking tools like Redmine, Jira, etc. and in addition, I also administered Jira, Confluence, and Service Desk if necessary. I have experience in working and managing multifunctional teams. I'm a people person with good communication and coordination skills. I also have analytical thinking and multi-tasking ability. I love to be part of a multifunctional team. It's always important for me to understand the end-users needs and find out the best and most efficient solution both for the end-user and also for the development team.
