Working at PT. THIESS Contractors Indonesia. As Senior Mine Planning Engineer for tendering project and current project support in THIESS Jakarta Head Office. Job Description :-) LOM Planning for tendering. Designing the pit, road, dump, and stockpile based on clients’ parameter. Mine Scheduling and its hauling plan. Set the monthly target of over burden, coal and top soil.-) Support current project.Providing help on any means necessary in Mine Planning problems for THIESS mine sites. For example : Digging and dumping sequence. Estimation yearly plan. And any other technical advice.

Working at PT. THIESS Contractors Indonesia, Sangatta Project. As Mine Planning Engineer of Mustahil and Peri Pit (multi seam pit - up to 9 mineable seams) and Melawan Pit (single mineable seam with strip and block mining system). Both of them are surface mining with trucks and diggers (the biggest units are CAT 789 and Hitachi EX5500), with annual production more than 100 million bcm for OB and 10 million ton for coal in such a very wet area with more than 2200mm average annual rainfall. Job Description :-) Monthly planning. Monthly face position for digging, dumping and rehabilitation. Set the monthly target of over burden, coal and top soil. Designing of pit, NAF and PAF dump, road, ramp, sump, settling pond, etc.-) Quarterly Plan.-) Yearly Plan.-) Optimizing pit recovery.

I'm a Pit Engineer (Short Term Planning) of Khayal-Mustahil Pit (multi seam pit - up to 7 mineable seams) and Ambalat Block of Melawan Pit (single mineable seam with strip and block mining system). The biggest units are CAT 789 and Hitachi EX5500.Approximately 300kbcm of dirt moved and 30kton of coal to be dug per day.Job Description :-) Daily planning.  Daily digging and dumping plan.  Validate daily production of overburden and coal.  Control drill and blast.  Designing pit, road, ramp, dump, etc.  Organizing survey crew to make sure all of coal roofs and coal floors are picked up and to stake out the design pegs (design of pit, dump, project, etc).-) Weekly planning of digging, dumping, developing (clearing and top soiling) based on monthly overburden and coal target. Also sloping and spreading the final dump for rehabilitation. -) Monthly face position based on overburden and coal target approved by client.
