Sales Operations
Current- Coordination and end to end support of Bids, supporting the Sales Teams to help research, write and produce draft documents and bid tenders in accordance with company standards.- Coordinate bid timetables to ensure responses are provided in line with the bid plan and that deadlines are met with bids submitted on time.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline tracking system to monitor progress and identify potential bottlenecks.- Evaluate sales data, including win/loss ratios, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators, to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data on customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns.- Support the development of business development strategies and initiatives by providing insights from sales pipeline and market analysis.- Assist in the creation of business cases, financial models, and risk assessments for new market entry or expansion projects.- Work with the team to prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports for the Sales Teams as needed- Making approaches to a well-researched contact list of potential acquirers, using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn- Support the nurturing of relationships with interested parties throughout the sales process, responding to initial enquiries and information requests.- Management of the central bid library ensuring it is kept up to date and bids are filed and best practice answers and unique questions identified to build the bid portal.- Administrative management of the CRM System (Salesforce)- General administrative duties to support the team and wider commercial requirement which may be allocated from time to time as and when required.
