> Driving new business growth and expansion for the Malaysia market.> Build and grow Davis Lighting professional and Energy Management Solutions business in Malaysia by identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory, region and or key targeted segments.> Drive specification revenue, and meet specification revenue target.> Drive Lighting designer workshops, tech-talks, seminars: identify relevant events to be participated as a speaker, facilitator, and relevant roles.

Responsible for managing lighting projects from concept to implementation. Setting up a system for the lighting department for data management and task organizing. Provide training to the internal and external sales team to understand the lighting design process.

> To monitor, lead, train, and manage staff in LiAS department. > To conduct research and set goals for the team. > To ensure that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Develop Lighting Concepts based on customer requirements & translate design concept into design details. To carry out design documentation, specifications and detailing & follow all required standards for developing design, concepts and visualization to fulfill the project needs. Develop and deliver reports proposals, documentations and presentation. Provide on-site support during testing and commissioning & support lighting payback calculations (ROI) on a project by project basis in order to meet customer expectations.

Prepare & develop lighting scheme proposal of an initiation project. Involve in directing & managing the tender proposal on the design stage. Supporting in mock up & testing commissioning at the initial stage. Consultation on the lighting standards and technical specification. Direct support in technical clarification to the customer according to the product specification.

Prepare lighting simulation design complying to the Malaysian standards & customer requirement. Train & assisting sales & marketing department on technical specification. Research & development in product segmentation specifically in LED technologies.

Provide support on service & troubleshooting for point of sales product.
