I handled complex and escalated queries across various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and providing them with a fair outcome. I also coached and motivated my team members to deliver excellent service and adhere to FCA guidelines, with my years of experience, I have developed strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and empathy. I also worked as a Customer Relations Executive at Virgin Media O2 in the retentions department where I dealt with customer packages by upgrading or downgrading, resolved billing, complaints and technical service issues.I give my spare time as a Witness Service volunteer in Teesside Magistrates Court, where I support vulnerable witnesses during court proceedings. I am passionate about helping people by providing them with the best care and attention they finally deserve. My current full-time role is with a leading pensions company and is hybrid.
