I have an impressive portfolio of extracurricular activities that reflects my dedication to leadership, community service, and professional development. Currently serving as Chairperson of IEEE IIUC Student Branch since June 2023 and have successfully organized over 15 events, including four international congresses, while managing a team of 130 members, which underscores my leadership capabilities. I also held the position of Startups Coordinator of Bangladesh at Hult Prize Foundation, where I supported student startups in Bangladesh and assisted in managing OnCampus programs in Bangladesh. In addition, I served as a Part-Time Facilitator at Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC), where I facilitated group sessions for CareerX 17 and communicated with participants, providing necessary information and guidelines, advancing BYLC’s vision of preparing young professionals for career development and training. My accolades include being named the IEEE Brand Ambassador Expert, the IEEE Region 10 (Asia-Pacific) Ethics Champion and receiving the High Performing Student Branch Chapter Award for three consecutive years, showcasing my results-driven approach and commitment to excellence in organizational performance. I have also excelled in various competitions, securing Runner-up position at BUP Career Edge (Data Analytics Segment), Champion position at BYLC Cracking a Case and winning the Entrepreneurship Idea Contest at ICCIT 2022, among other achievements. My volunteer work is extensive, having served as Organizing Chair for Mapping the Future in Career Development Professional Awareness Congress, which attracted over 300 participants and featured 16 speakers as well as served as Country Lead in IEEE PES Day 2023, overseeing over 50 events across Bangladesh. Moreover, I have been actively involved in multiple IEEE congresses and summits, where I held roles such as Public Relation Co-Chair, Organizing Co-Chair, Registration Lead, and have also contributed to initiatives focused on energy awareness and sustainability. Furthermore, I have pursued professional development through training programs, such as Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA™) program, for which I received a 70% scholarship. My skills extend beyond technical knowledge, encompassing effective communication, public speaking, proactivity and teamwork, making me a well-rounded candidate poised for future success in my career.
