Operations Executive
Current- Perform handling and transfer of emails including transaction related issues, partner and customer enquiries to the right department in a timely manner.
- Handling of cases involves liaising with payout partners, customers, Sunway Money's salesperson and relevant teams within SM across email, and other collaborative messaging platforms.
- Serve as the Person-In-Charge (PIC) in monitoring of daily cases reported while working closely with pay out partners, customers, SM salesperson and internal teams until resolution.
- Monitor and support both Inward and Outward Transactions as well as escalate complicated transactions to the next level towards meeting set Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Track and document the list of banks and type of currencies paid out.
- Follow-up on the cases, and any emails & messages across the different collaborative messaging tools; from the working day before and throughout the day when necessary to ensure cases are attended to on a timely manner.
