In Xremo I was exposed to the recruitment cycle. From creating the job description, uses of various platforms, resumes screening, phone interviews and arrange for the interview between candidates and clients. It was a great opportunity as a HR fresh graduate that I get to learn how to tackle the market to source for quality candidates with skills that meets the clients need. Of course, the news of your candidates gets hired by the clients not only bring the happiness to my candidates but knowing that I have help them to secure job gives me satisfaction.
