 To prepare daily cash book, periodic cash budgeting, recording of financial transactions, journal entry and general ledger.  To check & audit all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank accounts, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance and accounts. Ensuring super timing at sales distribution. Invigilate product Import from overseas. Furnishing import Documents for LC. Recording of inbound and outbound inventories, inter-department issuance of inventory and consumption of Finished Goods.  Ensuring proper and timely delivery of challan, matching with the sales invoice issued by the VAT department and preserving the delivery challan and gate pass. Ensuring timely and proper entry of market return products.  Overseeing and conducting all transportation bids, negotiations, carrier nominations and contracts.  Issuing M-6.3, M-6.1, M-6.2, M-6.6, M-6.7, M-6.8 & 6.9 Conservancy of all VAT register & file. Evaluating online VAT form & schedule. Fabricate liaison with NBR bodies. Assemble monthly return of VAT and submitting to assign VAT office. Collaborate with HO finance team for smooth RO operation. IRC, Fire & Labor license activities as a Company represented.
