• Reconfirm all bookings to avoid any inconveneince during check-in.• Inform hotels about all special requests of the customers.• Assistance all customers for any modification such as date amendment, name amendment etc.• Fulfill cancellation request.• Handle with incoming calls and e-mail contacts in English and Turkish timely and effectively.• Handle with Relocation, Supplier relocation and Missmatch issues in line with company goals.• Manage to waive charges of non-refundable bookings in case of any cancellation by negotiating with suppliers and hotels.• Prepare offline offers for key accounts through suppliers' system or directly with the hotels.• Handle with on spot and in-house issues timely and effectively.• Take action for any in-house or post complaint issues considering customer satisfaction.• Negotiate with hotels and suppliers for fraud bookings.
