Working as part of the Iberian Peninsula team and in direct coordination and collaboration with the Central Logistics team. More specifically, I coordinated the purchasing and replenishment of +3000 SKUs among ten different factories spread worldwide and lead the local demand planning operative of those. During that experience, I also participated in a 7-days course in Italy (headquarters), where we had to detect the pain of the company and find a solution to it. On that occasion, the team I led found a solution and elaborated a company procedure that, in only two months, would have saved +100k€ and successfully presented it to the top management of the group. I also participated in a Desing Thinking course provided by external trainers. Our resulting product proposal was presented to the top management and trainers, who also requested our team to perform two sessions on our experience and final project to their students at the EAE Business School of Barcelona.

Working as part of the Iberian Peninsula local team supporting the shift from one logistic supplier to another. More specifically, I coordinated the elaboration of the new contractual form between parties, consolidation between systems' interfaces, and a logistic tender for the sea-freight services at the destination.

Working as part of the Iberian Peninsula local team while assisting on logistics procurement processes, providing with an analytic perspective in quantitative and qualitative aspects. Also, tightly collaborating with the team in developing footprint analysis and studies on efficiencies and costs.During my internship I have additionally assisted in 3PL relationships of daily business, preparation of negotiation strategies, decision-making and cost reporting.

Worked in an international environment as part of a functional outsourcing project in a Global Business Center in Barcelona. Main tasks: physical and digital archiving of all signed contracts in EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), daily tracking of all these contracts signature, mantaining direct communication at all times with the sales force and regional managers. I have also been responsible for customer's invoices management and customer creation in the system (SAP) in direct collaboration with an international team. During my journey in the company, I have also provided training to new incorporations in the team and been in charge of providing regular summaries as well as presenting them to my direct supervisors.
