Members of Conscious Capitalism association and working through Sociocracy to create a safe and common space to make decisions transversally.HR main responsabilities:- Design, create and implement new HR procedures aligned with a human-centered approach.- Talent Acquisition - Manage and carry out the whole People on-boarding and off-boarding process- Responde to questions regarding Labor Law, policies and procedures- Serve as a link among leaders and staff- Facilitate how our culture and values are represented across the company - how they influence behaviours, how teams work together, and how managers can reinforce and role model them.- Provide coaching and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including performance development and capability, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and succession planning- Identify learning opportunities and requirements for our teams- Facilitate meetings based on the Sociocracy model- Create, distribute and analize satisfaction survey's - Enhance and ensure an effective internal communication Complementary tasks:- Communication and content-creation related tasks- Quality standards: ensuring procedures related to ISO9001:2015
