The Bio-Leadership Fellowship is a global movement of individuals and projects, each dedicated to advancing more sustainable and life-centered forms of human progress by collaborating with nature. We strive to create a positive impact for all people and our Earth.One of the first significant questions I am bringing to the bio-leadership for exploration is:“𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴 (𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩) 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘤 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯-𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘺, 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘬𝘦𝘺 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴?”This inquiry stems from a vision I have been carrying within me for about two years, which I sometimes like to call a “𝙨𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚".I envision a physical space in the northeast of Spain, close to nature with a vast view and the mountains ⛰ in the distance - a place to feel free, connected, hold and at peace. A place for dreamers, creators & projects to go and spend time away from the noisy everyday life, to (re)connect with nature, themselves, and others. "The Regadora" is a small pilot project born with the intention of bringing professional coaching to environments where it would be difficult to reach otherwise. We aim to gather all the enthusiasm, resources, and learnings from professional coaches who are beginning to offer their services and bring them to non-profit projects and initiatives (associations, NGOs, cooperatives, foundations) and social startups. This is how we want to contribute to creating a social and sustainable impact through care and listening.
