- Develop and implement strategies to showcase DOKU’s values, culture, and benefits, attracting top talent and promoting DOKU’s employer brand.- Design, launch, and manage targeted online marketing programs to drive awareness of career opportunities and job openings at DOKU.- Create and oversee content for social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn), enhancing the company’s presence across job sites and platforms to engage prospective employees.- Align employer branding strategy with DOKU’s talent acquisition goals and broader business objectives.- Identify new recruitment opportunities and build creative campaigns to attract talent through social media and other digital platforms.- Write persuasive and engaging content to promote the DOKU work culture, events, and initiatives across various platforms.- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and programs to foster employee engagement, both online and in-person (weekly, monthly, and annual events).- Design and administer surveys, including the Employee Experience Survey, to assess and enhance employee satisfaction- Build trusted relationships across the organization, serving as an advisor on employee engagement and workplace culture.- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.- Handle employee relations issues fairly and consistently, in alignment with legal and organizational standards.- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, based on data analysis and program evaluations
